Outstanding experience and good value. We liked location and facilities, felt like home. Extraordinary view, a lovely balcony, very big bed, too. Late check-out too. That was ORIGINAL hotel set in awesome area.

We came to York for relaxing break, can't complain about anything for this hotel. You can eat at Kfc, which is set 600 feet away from the property. Huge room.

it was a bonus for us to stay within 15 minutes' walk from jorvik viking centre. the hotel was in a central setting. if you want to eat nearby, try lo spuntino, which is situated 500 ft away.
